Daly's Truck Driving School is dedicated to helping our graduates find a secure position in one of America's highest paying professions. Between our great reputation and companies contacting us weekly looking for drivers, we are confident we can place you in a driver position after completing one of our comprehensive programs.
While in school, you will participate in job counseling sessions given by our instructors and recruiters from approved companies. During these sessions a student is advised of his/her many options in the trucking industry upon graduation. We have a strong working relationship with several top trucking companies in the industry, and many of these companies will reimburse you for partial or full tuition. Moreover, we give students the necessary tools and knowledge to fill out applications and contact potential employers for pre-hire.
We encourage you, however, to research not only as many trucking companies as you can, but also the many different "types" of driver positions available. By "type", we mean Over The Road (very long distances), Regional, local, local intermodal, drive-away, etc. Each company is also different - from their mission statement to the freight they transport. It is is very important that you find a company that fits your long term goals. If you do not have a plan for your truck driving future, start one now. We know we can find you a truck driving job, but we also want you to be content a year down the road.
We have confidence in our training programs, and confidence in the abilities of our graduates. Almost all of our graduates have several good offers before they finish driver training programs. That's because the best trucking companies are looking for the highest quality students. They know that a better trained employee will be more responsible, more productive, and safer. And it also means that you will earn more money faster as a CDL Training graduate from Daly's.
